Ayuba Muhammad, who is a former APC LG EXCO in Kaduna State, has reportedly been murdered by bandits following over two months of his kidnapping.

This was announced in an announcement posted on Twitter on Friday by security expert Bakatsine.

As reported by Bakatsine, reports on the death of Ayuba Muhammad have become widespread on Thursday, many months after he was kidnapped by the bandits.

The security expert revealed that the deceased had previously served as an APC LG EXCO member in Kaduna State and a member of the Zailaniyya Ambassador organization.

He also pointed out that the deceased had always been well known due to his efforts in the development of his community.

“Yesterday, reports emerged that Ayuba Muhammad, a former APC LGA EXCO in Kaduna State, was killed by bandits after spending more than two months in captivity following his abduction.

“Ayuba Muhammad was also a member of Zailaniyya Ambassador and was remembered by many for his contributions to community development,” Bakatsine wrote.

He expressed condolences to the deceased’s family, friends and all those mourning his death.

“Condolences to his family, friends and all those grieving this loss,” Bakatsine wrote.

Lamenting the continued wave of insecurity, the security analyst questioned how long communities would continue to suffer from bandit attacks.

“How many more fathers, sons, brothers and friends must be buried before this bloodshed finally ends?” he added.
