Kano Lawmakers suspend 3 Local Government chairmen

The House of Assembly of Kano State has suspended the chairmen of Bebeji, Rogo, and Bagwai Local Government Areas from their offices for three months.

This decision was made public on Tuesday by the Special Adviser to the Kano State Governor on New Media, Ibrahim Adam, via a post on his verified Facebook page.

Adam revealed that the council chairmen affected by this decision will stay suspended from their offices for the entire period of suspension.

But he did not give any reason for this decision of the House of Assembly in his post. More will be known soon about this development.

“The Chairmen of Bebeji, Rogo and Bagwai Local Government Areas have been suspended from office for three months by the Kano State House of Assembly.”
