NDDC shifts Nigeria-Russia scholarship CBT indefinitely, gives reason, new date yet to be announced
The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has shifted the Computer Based Test (CBT) of the applicants to its Nigeria-Russia Scholarship Program, which was previously scheduled for Monday, July 6, 2026.
According to a statement released by the Commission on Sunday, the decision to shift the test was made because of certain circumstances that were out of the Commission’s control.
The NDDC regrets the inconveniences that have been caused to the applicants because of this decision and asks for their understanding.
The NDDC has stated in the statement that it will announce the new date for the test shortly and advised the applicants to keep themselves updated through the Commission’s official communication channels.
The Commission has assured the candidates that the new date for the test will be announced shortly and asked all the applicants to monitor their email addresses and the official communication channels of the Commission for further information.
The NDDC has expressed its gratitude towards the applicants for their patience and understanding.
