Tinubu meets Akpabio behind closed doors at Presidential Villa

President Bola Tinubu is now holding a closed-door session with the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, in the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Our correspondent noted that Akpabio’s official S-Class Mercedes was parked at the forecourt of the President’s office at 6:12 pm on Tuesday.

During the period he arrived, the Minister of Information and National Orientation was said to be meeting with the President.

What is discussed during the meeting has not been made known to the public.

The Tuesday session is just hours before the commencement of campaign which starts on August 19, in preparation for the 2027 general election.
