2027: Tinubu will easily beat ADC, LP, other opposition in free, fair election – Orji Kalu
Abia State former Governor and current senator for Abia North, Orji Uzor Kalu, has brushed off suggestions that the APC-led government is working against the opposition, stating that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has not influenced any politician to join the party or meddle with the electioneering process.
According to Kalu, speaking on Tuesday, the opposition is still weak and cannot pose any threat to the ruling APC even in a free and fair election.
“None of them can beat President Tinubu in a free and fair election,” he argued. “They are very weak… What have they done differently from President Tinubu that they are going to show to the Nigerian people?”
It has been reported by Central Post Nigeria that the above statement has been made at a time when there are many political arguments about party strength, defection, and opposition politics in Nigeria.
