President Tinubu names Rtd Maj.-Gen Fadewa as Homeland security adviser
Maj.-Gen. Adeyinka Fadewa (rtd.) has been appointed the Special Adviser on Homeland Security by President Bola Tinubu.
This development was formally announced on Monday via a circular signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume.
The circular was communicated through the Permanent Secretary, General Services Office, Dr Ibrahim Kana.President Tinubu names Fadewa as Homeland security adviser
According to Tinubu, the appointment acknowledges Fadewa’s excellent service performance, strategical insight, and invaluable contributions to national security in Nigeria.
He pointed out that it shows his government’s determination to ensure effective internal security coordination within all pertinent agencies.
