2027 Election: President Tinubu picks APC nomination form presidential bid
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially obtained the nomination form in a bid to contest for another term as the president in the 2027 general election.
James Faleke, a member of the House of Representatives from Ikeja Federal Constituency, picked up the form on behalf of the President after the All Progressives Congress (APC) started selling the form for presidential nominees.
According to reports, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was the first person who secured the form in the bid to obtain the ruling party’s endorsement.
“The APC is today selling nomination forms for Aspirants of President 2027 to all its branches across the country. The Presidential Form will attract an amount of N100million.”
This information was conveyed through Sulaiman Argungu, the APC National Organizing Secretary, when he gave out the form to Mr. Faleke in the APC headquarters in Abuja.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has therefore formally declared his intention to run for another term at the helm of affairs in Nigeria.
